• Premium Membership includes AI setup and management on a build-and-operate basis.
• Standard Membership includes AI services in a self-operational (DIY) mode.
• Pricing, features, and availability may change at any time. Updated details will be provided on our website.
• Payments for memberships are non-refundable except as required by law.

• Franchisees are granted exclusive rights within their local area as per their agreement with MyAILocal.
• Franchisees are responsible for operating ethically and in compliance with local regulations.
• Specific terms regarding franchise rights, obligations, and royalties are detailed in separate agreements.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Post or distribute false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Use the platform to spam, harass, or harm other users.

We reserve the right to remove any content or accounts that violate these rules.

• Businesses are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, advertisements, and content.
• MyAILocal may verify information but does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of third-party content.
• By uploading or posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote it for platform purposes.

• Transactions between consumers and businesses (including payments for services) are conducted directly between the parties.
